BSA Troop 368 is in Germantown, Tennessee, right here. We are sponsored by Farmington Presbyterian Church. We meet on Monday nights from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. in the church’s Fellowship Hall, from mid-August through early June. We take a few weeks off in the Summer to give our scouts time to solo sail around the world, become a NASA astronaut, or do NOTHING AT ALL! And it gives our adult leaders a chance to relax and recharge.
Our troop maintains an active outdoor program, including:
- Weekend camping trips every month from August through May
- Weeklong summer camp at Kia Kima Scout Reservation near Hardy, AR
- High adventure treks to Philmont Scout Reservation, Northern Tier Canoe Base, Sea Base, and The Summit
We welcome all boys, ages 11-18, whether you have any Scouting experience or not.
We also welcome parents. We’d love for you to get involved and enjoy our events with your son. And we can put your talents to use, too. Are you adept at computers? cooking? orienteering? Are you an amateur photographer? Can you tell venomous from non-venomous rabbits? We welcome all the help we can get in planning and coordinating events within the troop. Volunteer today!
